This machine is used for splicing and cutting wood strip (such us wood side frame, LVL). By end tenoning, glue spraying, flexible splicing,
precise cutting in pairs, to realize 100% use of remnant material.
Production efficiency is 5 seconds/ 2 pieces.
1. Fixed gluing position and moveable cutting structure, to ensure the stability of equipment and convenience of maintenance.
2. The end pushing splicing method, to avoid the phenomenon of one real splicing but the other one virtual splicing between two material
if using end clamping splicing method.
3. Pressing feed in method, to avoid the difference between clamper moving size and material length casing by material curving if using
clamping feed in method.
